This live virtual course provides up to 7 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credit and is delivered over 4 hours. It focuses on developing the skills needed to safely and effectively apply Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training in clinical practice.
Using a “learn by doing” approach, participants will gain practical experience with BFR equipment through guided, hands-on instruction. The course also covers the foundational concepts of BFR, including its history, underlying physiology, current research, and clinical applications. These principles are reinforced through supervised lab-style sessions to ensure proper technique and implementation.
